We engage the following process, working through each stage as required to produce a digital and physical picture of the project, showcasing how this will come together in your space.
PRE-DESIGN CONSULTATION
The pre-design consultation is our first meeting where we discuss the details of the project, your design preferences, lifestyle requirements and most importantly learn about you. We go over the scope of the project, the budget and timeframes, as it’s important that we understand what it is you want to achieve and how we can make a difference for you.
This is collated to form a preliminary analysis of the work and design functions involved. Whether a detailed project or an interior colour selection, a design fee proposal will be provided outlining the cost of the design process detailing your requirements along with recommendations and a proposed timeline.
CONCEPT AND PLANNING
Drawn from our pre-design chat we develop an initial design concept of the overall project, considering each of the specific design elements. We Identify and source key reference materials to develop the look and feel for the project, this may include interior, exterior, lighting, fixtures, finishes and beyond.
Bring together the full scale design and specification of fixtures, fittings, appliances, furniture, lighting, flooring and soft furnishings. Our mood boards can include colour schemes and completed rendered drawings, providing a complete picture of your how all of these elements come together.
COSTING AND PREPERATION
Final drawings are developed into a range of required specifications, a schedule of work is produced along with lighting and electrical layouts, furniture fixtures and fittings schedules, all which can be prepared for our recommended and preferred team of contractors.
Our network of qualified contractors provide high quality workmanship and our suppliers offer extensive range of products and services and key contractors provide you with the benefits of partner rates and teams all working together to produce successful outcome.
PROJECT PROCUREMENT AND BUILD
The procurement and build phase can be extremely stressful, we can help manage the process, liaise with the contractors and ensure everything meets quality craftsmanship and is going to plan.
To ensure all aspects of your project are completed to the level of expertise and professionalism you require, site meetings, supplier visits and off site communication with all invested parties ensure clear communication and understanding of the design vision are achieved with budgets and implementation processes intact.
FINAL WALK THROUGH
With the completion of the project, an on site walk through provides you the opportunity to discuss every detail to ensure each of our clients are completely satisfied with their new home. Should any outstanding issues need to be resolved these will be addressed as soon as possible with all involved at mutually agreed timeframes.
